This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how Urbanvibestore handles order cancellation requests, order change requests, address corrections, product adjustments, and customer support matters for purchases made through https://urbanvibestore.shop.

At Urbanvibestore, we work to process customer orders quickly and accurately. Because orders may move into preparation soon after checkout, cancellation and change requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Customers may contact us to request an order cancellation, shipping address correction, email update, product option change, size change, color change, or quantity adjustment. We will review the order status and help when the request is still possible.
Please understand that submitting a cancellation or change request does not guarantee that the request can be completed. Once an order has entered preparation, packing, shipment, or carrier handoff, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.

2. Order Processing Schedule
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time may begin processing on the next business day.
Our standard handling time is 1 business day. Handling includes order review, payment confirmation, product preparation, packing, and carrier handoff. Once an order enters these stages, our ability to cancel or change it becomes limited.

3. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order by emailing support@urbanvibestore.shop. Please include your order number, full name used at checkout, email address used for the order, and a clear statement that you want to cancel the order.
We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. If the order has already been prepared or handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another delivery carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

5. Shipping Address Corrections
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes full recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@urbanvibestore.shop. Address corrections may be possible only before the package is shipped.

Urbanvibestore is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Requests After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, Urbanvibestore cannot cancel or change the order. After a package is handed to the carrier, delivery movement, address handling, tracking scans, and final delivery timing are managed by the carrier.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the eligibility requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed, prepared, packed, or shipped, Urbanvibestore will submit a refund to the original payment method. Refund posting time may depend on PayPal, Venmo, the customer’s bank, or the payment provider.
If an order cannot be canceled because it has already entered preparation or shipment, the customer may need to wait for delivery and request a return if the item is eligible.

Urbanvibestore is not responsible for order issues caused by incorrect information entered by the customer during checkout.
10. Return Option After Delivery
If a cancellation or change request cannot be completed because the order has already shipped, customers may still have the option to request a return after delivery.
Urbanvibestore accepts eligible return requests within 40 days from the delivery date. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved. Eligible returns have no restocking fees, no return processing fees, and no refund handling fees.
